Due to a huge surge in orders, we have had to make some adjustments to our shipping schedule. Right now we are shipping most orders within 3 business days unless you upgrade the shipping method to UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day, or USPS Express. All other orders can take up to 3 business days to process.
We are hiring 4 more people this week (Our plan) to help pack your orders and to get back to 24 hour shipping. In fact, we have 2 new employees starting tomorrow, and more on the way this week. This growth spurt was a sudden onset and we are doing the best we can with the staff we have to get your orders out as fast as possible.
It is our number one priority to improve our service to you and to provide fast shipping. Due to the increase in volume, we had no choice but to increase processing time. Your order could still go out within 24 hours, but to avoid any frustration, we are implementing this temporary delay.
