Hi Adrkaushal,

Below is listed out the Shipping and Terms of international packages:

SHIPPING

If your items are in stock your order will normally ship out within one business day. Shipping and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery times of 1-4 days depending on your location. International items will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. Most of the time the order will ship in a small flat rate box which shows a tracking number. Please remember this number does NOT actually track the package. Small Flat Rate priority International mail is not tracked by the United States Post Office.

Free Shipping on orders over $50. This is offered exclusively within the continental United States.

At this time, Liquidxpress.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Liquidxpress.com ships merchandise to Canada,UK, Spain, Australia, Germany, Korea, Japan, and other locations, but not to all international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the US shipping carrier. We are not liable for items that do not clear foreign customs and will not give refunds for international orders if seized by customs during import.

Not a problem adrkaushal, we cannot control what different governments prevent in their laws for importing and exporting. We can only garuntee our products within the USA. Each customer in other countries needs to be aware of what is and is not acceptable to import. Si if your country allows it's import there should be no issue. This usually becomes an issue where people are trying to ship to countries that do not allow electronic cigarettes, and then wish for a refund after a product is seized by customs of that country.

I understand Rob. But I think Indian Customs (nasty buggers) allow eCigs because I got my eGo CE4 kit from China a couple of months ago. Took over 25 days through EMS China but yeah, I did get the kit. Ok well, I'll take my chances and see what's good for me in the LX store :)

All the best for 2013 and beyond guys!
