Shipping to US, customs issue?

I ordered my BSB from electronic-cigz.com (even though I live in the US) because it was in stock. They processed and shipped the order VERY quickly so my question is not about their service.. my package has been stuck in New York since 03/18 and I am not sure if this is normal or if USPS is just not updating the tracking page promptly. I am getting kind of worried that this is an issue with customs. Does anyone have any experience with this? XpressPost shipping was the option I chose and it said 2-5 business days but I am starting to realize that probably did not include any delays related to the US.

Should I just be patient or try to find out what is going on via USPS?

My order has also been stuck in customs since the 18th in NY. Was sent on the 15th. Hopefully we are just jumping through the hoops. I am told that if something is seized that you are informed... which isn't comforting, sorry if I don't trust customs to effectively communicate with me.

I have found once EMS or TNT dumps the product in the US, USPS takes a good bit of time but usually updates every few days. If it is stuck in customs they will not post "Customs agent 46 has it on his desk under yesterdays news paper! And is laughing at you as he vapes your Waffle juice" : P Hang in your stuff will get to you soon

I just got a shipment from China. Ordered n 3/17 got it 3/24. Not bad.

Mine arrived today even though the usps tracking info still shows that it is sitting in NY and has been since 03/18. Again, this supplier was extremely quick to ship my BSB.. this was just a customs delay I am sure.

We have found that most of our US customers are getting their orders in approx. 4-6 days time... but every once in a while there is one that takes the postal service or customs a bit longer than usual...
We have never had an order to our US customers held and/or refused by customs... (knock on wood...)
