Hi. I just started vaping again. I had what u guys call a "mini" 3 years ago. It had a 10 minute battery and kinda hurt to hit. It was The Trio by Fifty-One from Vapor-Corp. Also, my buddy had a "mini" 2 years prior to that. I thought it was freakin awesome until i hit it. Battery sucked and vapor sucked. I started seeing these new vaporizers just recently (yes I've been in a bubble) and was like "Dang, that looks good!". So, after reading through this forum for starting recommendations, I bought a Kanger Mini Protank - II. I do like it but the battery feels a little long. I bought it with a EVOD VV 650 and would like something about half the lenght if possible. Any recommendations?

I don't know what kind of budget you're working with. But if you have a good amount of money to drop on vaping definitely get something like a Vaporshark DNA 40 or DNA 30. If you don't have a lot of money the iStick seems to be a super popular mod these days. I personally wouldn't buy it but that seems to be one of the most popular small mods on the market right now. Personally I have an iPV2, a Cronus mech, eHuge (Vamo), and a Sigelei 100 watt. All of them are small except for the eHuge. And they're all great mods.

Read Baditude's blogs. He's currently on hiatus due to life events. But he's probably the most respected member on the boards here.

I say this because instead of worrying about size, price or the newest fad, I think it might be more beneficial to point you towards reliable consistency with good performance.

Good luck.

Seems like a mini ego (350-400 mah) is what you are looking for...can't think of anything else that would be much shorter than what you have. I have seen some minis that are vv. Something like an istick might be in your future if you ever get used to bigger batteries, but it would be similar in length to what you have now...and twice as fat.
