You insert the tip all the way down the side of the cart(It is important that you are filling from the bottom up....) between the filler and the wall of the cart. Apply a gentle squeezing pressure to the bottle until the cart is completely full. Keep pressure on the bottle as you pull out the needle at some liquid will be sucked back in to the tip as you relive the pressure.

It provides a nice even and full fill to my 801 carts.............
Thanks. I was trying to fill from the top, sticking the needle into the filling. This works great.

How was the service with Rocky Mountain Vapors? I am thinking about buying from them. Rocky Mountain,Dietsmokes or ruyandirect/heavens gifts

I loved ordering from Rocky Mountain.

The shipping was awesome. I ordered Monday (late at night) and it arrived on Thursday in the mail.

The prices were great, and I will be ordering more from them later.

I will also tell you that even though Innovapor had some shipping issues here recently, I think they are more or less worked out and I will also be ordering from them again (I also got a kit form them).

To anyone have problems filling carts. Take a look at using something like this:
NEX1106.jpg

It is called a needle tip oiler. I got mine here:
3 pack Precision Oiler - Needle Tip Oiler Bottle 1/2 oz - eBay (item 350189096492 end time Aug-08-09 07:47:32 PDT)

It wokrs wonderfully well and I use it while on the road all the time to refill my cart. All the advantages of a syringe with the actual syringe. I highly recommend this method of filling carts.

Do you ever have any issues with it overfilling or is it something you just have to play with a time or 2 to get it right? This may be the best method for my husband, heck even me too.

It is possible to overfill, but if you keep an eye on it, after a time or two you will get it right. Also, make sure that you pull the stuffing up when you are done as it has a tendency to get pushed down. You can use the needle tip to make sure the stuffing is at the top of the cart.
