should a 901 clearomizer glow brightly when vaping?

Scalds my husband's throat. We got a pack of 2, one glows and the other doesn't.

He can use the glowing one on a V2 battery and it doesn't glow. Using it on his Puck mod it practically flames up. The other Clearomizer works fine on the mod.

Is this a faulty item?

Guess no one has had this problem. We will call the vender today and see what they say.

The thing is full of good juice and we don't want to waste it. Will try and syringe it out.
