Had a large order from Mouser and ordered N-Channel fets (3034) and also received 2 of the following:

MOSFET 30V 6.2mohm @ 4.5V
SOIC_8_MEI.jpg
Id - Continuous Drain Current: 18 A
Vds - Drain-Source Breakdown Voltage: - 20 V
Rds On - Drain-Source Resistance: 6.2 mOhms
Transistor Polarity: P-Channel
Vgs - Gate-Source Breakdown Voltage: 12 V
Maximum Operating Temperature: + 150 C
Pd - Power Dissipation: 3 W
Mounting Style: SMD/SMT
Package / Case: SOIC-Narrow-8
Packaging: Reel
Channel Mode: Enhancement
Configuration: Single Quad Drain Triple Source
Fall Time: 42 ns
Minimum Operating Temperature: - 55 C
Rise Time: 42 ns
Factory Pack Quantity: 2500
Typical Turn-Off Delay Time: 100 ns

I want to know if I can use them safely and if so what modification would I have to me to a Mosfet wiring to take advantage of them. Just seems a waste to have to send them back. Guidance helpful and appreciated...

Thanks in advance.
