That is a "Tox Cannon". It is the newer version with the metal controller head. The normal Tox Cannons have two battery bodies, one for an 18650 and a smaller one for an 18350 sized battery. That PV only comes with the larger battery body.

The older Tox Cannons with the plastic controller were a disaster. In fairness, the newer ones are better. But why?

You can get a V-Tube kit for $53 shipped, with a 1 year warranty at apollo. You can get the stainless version for $73 shipped or the Chrome for $60. Any of these have a much better record than any Tox and you'd be dealing with apollo, who has excellent service.

Use discount code "v-tube30" for 30% off at apolloecigs.com. Pick up a spare Panasonic GCR18650CH 2250mah battery for $8 shipped at Orbtronic.com

I assume the bottom part is the battery, how much is a secondary battery, I can't imagine just 1 battery would be enough unless you are going to use the ego-t as the backup while it charges. Also, is it a 510 connection or proprietary since it doesn't really say.

It uses a regular 18650 battery. The bottom part is just a battery holder. The top part contains the electronics. It's supposed to have two battery carriers so that you can have a shorter version. Kind of a twofer. You would get a full size and a mini in one kit. The original Tox Cannons included both battery carriers. They are standard 510 connectors.

Pbusardo did a review on the original Tox Cannon and it broke during the review. Later, he did a review of the newer, all metal, version and it still wasn't very impressive. For an economical tubular VV, you still can't beat one of the Lavatube versions.

That is the problem i have, I don't know anything about it, I've asked questions to their customer support but I either don't get a reply or I ill get a reply in broken English.

I think that alone is telling you, you should walk away.

At the moment, the good Chinese suppliers like health cabin for instance, are putting up statements on their websites that they are stopping shipping to the Uk during the time the Olympics are on as there are bound to be massive delays.

Like our American friends, I really don't know why you're looking
at this Tazer . . . there's a plethora of UK Vendors selling the V2
Lavatube at very reasonable prices, by the time you factor in the
available discount codes.

Then, in the hopefully unlikely event of any problems, it's easy enough
to post back a defective device.

Lisa at Cloud 9 has also just had stocks of the new version VMax, her
customer service is outstanding . . . .

They do not even know what they are selling. If you look at the comments, someone asked if they could buy a spare battery. The response was a link to a page full of eGo batteries. No battery on that page would fit it. It uses a standard cylindrical lithium and they don't even sell that type of battery.

If you want to know everything about that unit, go to Youtube and search "Pbusardo Tox". Or, look for other reviews on the Tox Cannon because that is what it is. They just gave it a different name and stripped off one of the battery housings.

Oh, my bad. Didn't realize you're in the U.K..
Regardless, any of the Lavatubes would be better than that Tox. Apollo even has a UK site, so you could get a V-tube for the same price. The discount code is still good at the U.K. site. I checked on it for a guy in Ireland and apollo referred me to the U.K. site. Apolloecigs.uk.com
