Ive been vaping for around 3 months now and i love the flavors i vape at 0mg never used regualr cigs but was tempted after i stopped smoking more "organic" substances almost a year ago but since then i've tried hookah and it reminded me of how much i love smoke and have it makes me relax. Reasons why i want to stop: parents hate it im 18 btw nd spend a little too much money on it and idk how it will effect me kn the future reasons to vape: i can make my own e juice btw its still in the ups box still and it keeps me away from other substances that are worst and it relaxs me even with 0mg all opinions accepted /_\

This is an opinionated view. I was in your position too, about 10 months ago with synthetic things as well, but I smoked cigarettes. There's nothing wrong with any prevention method that is better for you. My views are a little different, comparing it to what you're taking about. Once long term testing has been done, I'll come to a conclusion.

If you're having these thoughts, maybe give it up. It's harder because of the hobby it can become. If money is the issue, vaping can be as cheap as you want it to be.

A question only you can answer. I wanted to respond to let you know we're listening. Generally, I never recommend to anyone that they vape, unless they are former smokers. Exercise and meditation and yoga are relaxing too. Vaping is really a do less harm kind of activity, since we know that analogs are deadly. Examine the benefits of vaping against the benefits of doing less harm against what you were doing. Consider other alternatives. The decision may not be all that difficult. Good luck to you! Best wishes.

I second Bill on the thought process. It is a decision that only you can make. There are many ways to overcome things like this, fill the void with a new hobby like exercise, yoga, meditation, community outreach to help troubled youth and so on and so forth.

If the vaping is keeping your from sparking up again, then by all means continue on in your vaping endeavor. And yes, because you are vaping 0mg non smoker's/non vaper's will ask you why do it. I face this as well because I mostly do 0mg juice. It is simply the hand to mouth aspect for me after smoking for nearly 16 years.

On a whole, vaping is cheaper then the smokables as long as you don't worry about the newest and shiniest mod's and you use what work's for you. To many vaper's get the "bug" and spend hundred's and hundred's of dollars just to have the shiny new toy. They have mod's that do the exact same thing and have no real need for the new mod other then it is the newest shiny toy.

Good luck buddy and hopefully you can keep us informed.

Happy Vaping.

Since you're still young, you should spend more time on other activities while you're getting older if you're once still starting to get hooked to in any form of smoking hookah or cig, just grab ecig - simple. If you really love hookah so much, think twice before spending your money. If you love both hookah and smoking cig so much, there are cheap mods nowadays & tanks that can fulfil your satisfaction in between both hookah & cig 'feeling'.

Be young, be healthy. Vaping can be a hobby but it isn't a hobby when you're not earning your own money to have one, aye? :2cool:
