Shout Out To CanVapes

Just wanted to give a shout out to Canvapes. First of all a lot of us go to them because they have great prices and great stock and will continue to use them. However their customer services is second to none. Whenever I have asked them a question they have gotten back to me very quickly which is so appreciated , then today I asked them if they could help me out by shipping something quickly because it was a present for someone , bam an email came saying shipping it out tomorrow.

Totally agree. Whenever I've had a question Wes has always replied in a timely manner. My products have shipped same day money clears, great products and service!

I sent an email on a Saturday evening with a few questions on things i wanted. I was not expecting a reply until Monday. Heard back same night with what I needed to know (from Wes). I have ordered from Canvpe 7-8 times now, i get exactly what i ordered, with shipping the following day. They are good.

I was also very impressed with CanVape the 2 local B&Ms here have abusive prices so I just stick with CanVape!

Just wish the shipping was a little less. I'd probably order a lot more/more regularly if I didn't always have the $10 looming over me lol!

Great prices and fast shipping. However, they messed up my last order and sent me 1 metal tank instead of the 2 I ordered. No biggie because it's only a couple of bucks and they said they'd credit my next order. After that, I noticed the air flow control (around the same price, maybe 2 bucks more) which I really wanted so I asked them if they could drop one of these in an envelope and mail to me instead. No, they're going to credit my next order. I thought......really........ you couldn't make a customer happy after screwing up his order for just the price of a stamp? It's not a huge deal, but left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I haven't bought anything else from them yet, including the new MVP I've ordered so I guess it did have some impact and I'll likely just let them keep the couple of bucks.
