Shout Out to Eric and Discount Vapers

I want to post a super positive review for Discount Vapers and Eric, the owner, who provide incredible customer service. I ordered an Ovale VV Gripper a few weeks ago. They were on sale and I had forgotten the dismal reviews they have received from many burned buyers and several vendors. Cheap Chinese product that proves the old adage, "you get what you pay for."
Anyhow, I bought one and, lo and behold, it arrived DOA (after taking 20 minutes and my husband to get the darn battery box open!)
I contacted DV to let them know immediately and returned the product along with some DOA Kanger horizontal coil SR cartos.
Within a day, Eric refunded me the full cost of the Ovale plus shipping costs and sent me a new 5 pack of cartos.
Kudos for excellent customer service and trying to provide reasonable products at reasonable prices for those of us who can't quite afford the Provaris and other high end VVs.
Thank you Eric for your work ethic and generosity.
I will definitely be buying from DV again, although perhaps reading (and taking) his detailed recommendations a little more closely!

I just want to post a follow up review giving accolades to Eric Gormly and his staff at Discount Vapers for their consistently stellar customer service. If you ever have any trouble with any of the products they sell, contact Eric directly. He always does his best to sort things out.

I have purchased both hardware and e liquids from other vendors, and realize that many do not strive to meet this high standard, and others still who do not even attempt to provide common courtesy when contacted.

Therefore, I felt the need to reiterate what a great vendor DV is.

Our community is truly blessed to have good, honest, hardworking people like Eric and his staff, who strive to do the right thing just because it is the right thing to do.
