Just wanted to say thank you for great customer service. I placed my order then realized that I forgot to add some items. Also could not get the coupon code to work. (I know caps next time). I emailed them and they added the other items to my order, gave me coupon code and combined the orders for one shipping cost. I placed my orders on monday, he shipped the same day and I had my order by Thursday. Thank you for all you do, you just made me a repeat customer.

It was my fault. Would have accepted if he could not help me. He just went above and beond to help me! Best customer service I've had from any vape company this far. But I'm still new so we will see. Btw I lbe the fusions. May need to bulk order them. Waiting to see how long they last so I know how many to order.

One of these days I'm going to twist up one of my orders so I can have a chance to talk to Isaac.

Everything is always so danged perfect with my orders that I never get the chance to complain or change anything or ask questions or nothing!

I'm jealous of these people that get to talk to him.

You mean it's not good enough to talk to someone thats talked to Isaac? That's almost like talking to him T. Then you can tell people "I talked to a guy that talked to the guy that knows". See how that works T? LOL:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
Even better you can say I know a guy that knows a guy that......LOL
