Probably posting in the wrong area, but I can only find negative experiences w vendors and this was a very positive thing..so. I ordered batteries for my new Provari from RTD recently. Their storefront software apparently glitched causing the charge to go through without any actual order, which I realized when a week had passed with no shipping notice and I went to check my account information. I contacted them by email and Randy answered *very* quickly. My order was shipped immediately by express, and instead of being a nightmare the whole thing was simple and pleasant. +1 for RTD. =)
