My daily use is my quad coil nimbus on diablo or dual coil nimbus on the K100... lol when i drive and run out of juice, my cig-a-like is what i reach for instead of a dry hit...

Lightly modified Sigelei #8 mech in 18650 mode (almost dead battery)
AGA-T2, 1/16th inch air hole, 3" #500 ss mesh rolled tight, 5/6 coil of kanthal A1 28 gauge @ 1.1 ohms
MBV's "White out", highly diluted with extra VG. Probably 9mg nic, 30/70 PG-VG ratio
Even at 9mg a few big vapes like that in a row makes me a bit light headed

I couldn't stop thinking about it after I sampled it in one of my local shops...I had to go back and buy it. My 2 favorite juices I've been stuck on are Grandmaster by Five Pawns and Cell Block Four by Standard Vape. Both are pricey...but vaping them puts me in a happy place.
My setup for today.
Mod: Macaveli 350 hybrid with u-wick, single 0.8 ohm coil.
Juice: Cell Block Four by The Standard Vape, 6 mg. Creme brulee is one of my all time favorite deserts!
