SIB squonk Odin RDA

Just got my SIB yesterday from Vaporcraft. The site doesn't say the Odin is authentic, but almost every site or forum I've been to prior my order states that it is an authentic Odin. I am believing it may not be authentic as there is no serial number on the bottom or anywhere else on it. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Don't get me wrong, whether it's authentic or not, it DOES vape nice, it just doesn't have a serial number like others I've seen.

I'd have to say it's a clone all the Odins I have had (3) have the serial number on the bottom of the deck. But like you said if it vapes nice no big deal, they're great atties.

Yeah, that's my stance too. Just sucks to find out that so many people either got authentic odins in the past when getting the SIB or they all lied to make themselves sound awesome.

I'm pretty sure the Odin is authentic. The Odin included with my SIB was identical in every respect to my other Odins with the exception of the custom engraved Grunt logo and the serial number. I don't think Vaporcraft/Grunt would have gotten away with distributing clones as authentics. Loki Labs surely would have raised the BS flag by now.

Again, I'm 99.9% sure it's authentic. VC/Grunt obviously commissioned a run of Odins from LL. The Odin clones I've seen have been terrible. The SIB Odin is spot on.

You could email Loki for definitive confirmation.

And, FWIW, the Odin V2 doesn't have a S/N.

No serials on the V2? Really? Well, like all the vids on the V2, mine DOES have the wider cyclop eye afc and like the earlier fuzzy pic, mine looks just like the one in the pic that inswva posted. So, apparently, my Odin seems to be authentic. Thanks to all who commented.

Email Loki and ask if they licensed another maker. My guess is no way. Either way, if it vapes well, who cares.
The metal in your pic looks different than LL metal. I'd have to hold it in my hand for the feel factor. The LL metal and quality is a no doubter. That metal looks abit "hollow."

I've been looking into this some more. Haven't contacted lokilabs yet. It appears that I have a v1 with OUT a serial number. It's afc cyclops are NOT wide and the tank deck looks like the first version. It appears that grunt vapor may be sending clones of these. I want this to be said that they do NOT advertise the odin to be authentic, it's just kind of BS that so many out there HAVE stated it is authentic. Whether or not grunt is or is not adding authentic odin, if needing to know before you order, email them, that should help in deciding to get a SIB.

I have 5 genuine v1 Odins and one v1 clone and even the clone has a serial number on it so this is strange. It may be that Loki Labs made a bunch of Odins for Vaporcraft minus the serial number or it's a clone and they forgot the serial number.

edited to add: Seeing as how it has the Loki Labs on the bottom I'm betting it's an authentic made for Vaporcraft.

I ordered my V2 odin direct from Loki Lab and mine did not have a serial number on it. Looks exactly like the picture, my V1 does have the serial number. FYI

I picked up a ver1 in the classies.
Is there a way to stop the whistling?
Was thinking of grinding a chamfer on the inside of the air holes.
Any other ideas/

That's odd I have had several V1's that never whistled are you running the airflow wide open? If you are I think a small chamfer could help but don't take that to the bank, just an educated guess.

Could re-position coils slightly up or down, never had my V1 or V2 whistle, but it might be the airflow through your coil position.

Not really sure what version it is. Cyclops holes look smaller than the photo above.
Holes measure 4mm wide. No serial#.
I haven't put any build in it yet. Maybe with some coils in it, it will stop whistling.
Looks like a quality authentic atty.
