Sausage, with a nod to Canadian bacon. As for Evic/Provari, I can't say, don't have either one. But I trust your opinion on both devices.

A decisive blow for Bacon!
I do this pretty mean warm German potato salad with about 2 pounds of bacon in it. It's better than sausages.
I'm not sure what to Call what I make.
It has More Eggs than Potatoes, so it's Really an Egg Salad. Lots of Bacon. And Lots of Green Onions. Miracle Whip instead of Mayonnaise.
Dang... That is 4th of July Food if Ever I Heard of Any.

Fanboying is bound to happen whenever there is a lifestyle product that costs a lot of money that needs justifying over other options that do more or less the same thing, to a bit better or lesser degree.
If something is totally superior in all ways, it takes over the market and the truly inferior product dies out. If it's not, it carves a niche and spawns fanboys.
