Side-effects with zero-nicotine (0mg) eLiquid?

I did a search but didn't see anything, sorry if I just missed it.

In reading posts here, I have noticed that some beginners have experienced side-effects such as headache, lethargy, ........, etc when they started vaping, as well as a harsh throat hit.

I plan to be only vaping zero-nicotine (0mg) eliquid since I can go without nicotine but can't kick the habit of smoking. Having said that, should I expect to experience side-effects or do they mainly result from the nicotine?

Thanks in advance! :)

That's a tricky one Justin, I'm not really sure what you can expect.

Quitting smoking has side effects such as lethargy and fuzzy thinking. Yvilla posted a link to a list of side effects from quitting recently but I didn't bookmark it myself so can't point you there. If you search her posts you might find it.

Propylene glycol is a main ingredient in most commercial eliquids and that can cause respiratory irritation, eye irritation and allergy effects such as rashes. This isn't very common from what I can tell.
