A Smok Sidewinder can fit most regular attys and tanks. The V1 sidewinder has a 510 connection. If it's the V2 it also has eGo threading.
If you're going to use a mech mod with a regular atty or tank then I recommend adding a Kick unit to it. You don't have to have one, but it will regulate the voltage so your atty vapes at the same power as the battery drains.
