Sigelei 150w

Thinking about upgrading to a sigelei 150w box mod. But...I would like to know what's the best tank to use. I'd prefer to stay away from builds and dripping. (for now ☺) But I want a tank that's going to be able to handle the power. I've been told the atlantis 2 is pretty good. And I love my atlantis 1, just wanna know about other options.

Tried the herakles in .2 mode. It was pretty decent. Also maybe check out the new Lemo, it has rebuild option but also operates on prefab coils so there is room for growth.

@suprtrkr has one and seems to like it alot. Maybe ask him...though he'll prolly be here in a second

I've heard of herakles but I've just not really come across one. Lemos is a new one for me. I'll give them a look. Thanks!

Starre (Maganus V2 is the same thing) or Uwell Crown (Arctic not bad) - No question. I have this setup and I have sold off Herakles, Atlantis 2.

That is all I can speak to, but I can tell you the Crown you can run 100+ watts (really run 100+, not peak but chain vaping), but you really need max VG IMO. The Starre with 60-70VG and up to 70-80 watts does pretty darn well, coils are cheaper. It may be the better to try 1st.

My experience may be different than others but I try a lot of tanks.

It is the lemo 2 from Eleaf. Which to me sounds good. So far I like their quality,

I'm vaping that exact setup right now.
I have an IPV v3 with an Atlantis v1 and a Sigelei 150 with an Atlantis v2.
As far as IPV vs Sigelei, I like the read out display on the IPV better but I hate having to unscrew the battery box. The Sigelei 150 is easier to change out the batteries but I have a hard time seeing the small numbers on the read out. They are both great and if I did it again, I would go for which ever was cheaper.
Since you already have an Atlantis v1 you can use the v2 coils and save a few bucks. Like I said, I have an Atlantis v1 & v2. I like the airflow better on the v2 but I have the 5ml add-on topping my v1, as you know it comes stock with a 3ml tank.
If you want to save some money, just get some v2 coils. If you want better airflow get the v2.

Both the Uwell Crown and Vapor Tech Morpheus v2 work great on a Sigelei 150 for me. The Morpheus has slightly better flavor but the Crown has better build quality and the ease of top filling is huge.

FYI, the Lemo2 does not have a pre-fab coil option, strictly rebuild. And yes, I like mine a lot.

You might be thinking of the Kanger Subtanks.
The Lemo2 is a rebuildable, no prefab coils available........

Sorry, I am late to the thread. Yes, I love the Lemo 2. It hits like a cannon. The tank has a 6mm chimney and breathes more freely than any other tank I have ever had. You can close it down so it breathes like a Kayfun, or open it up and it breathes like a dripper. One thing, it is strictly rebuild; it does not have pre-fab coils.

I use the atlantis v2 at about 60 to 65 watts and I really like it. It drinks juice but pretty much anything will at that wattage.

Horizon Tech Arctic Tank is great on the 150 Sigelei... And, its pretty affordable!

You may want to look into devices that have temp control capabilities. The Sig 150 can be purchased at a great price compared to it's release price, but temp control devices are also becoming very affordable. I say this because replaceable coil tanks are starting to use disposable coils that use nickle wire for temp control.

I purchased the Sigelei 150 shortly after the release and I still use it, it's a great device. There is also a lot of new things coming out that are looking good too.

I agree. I love my sigelei 150 but my evic VT has been seeing more use lately. The temperature gives much better control over your perfect puff than just throwing wattage at it does.

When I looked at the Snow Wolf, the build quality was impressive. I just couldn't get past the weight.

Heavy she is. She's a desktop thing, I don't carry her around. I am a mech modder from way back-- back when regulated mods could only make 15 watts and I needed more power-- and this is my first high power box mod. I picked the SW due partly to the build quality you noticed; and partly due to the impressive reviews here on the board of the TC implementation; and partly because I do not have another hi-power box or TC machine; and partly because I figured getting all that in one package would let me experiment and see where I wanted to go. I have now discovered 200 watts is *far* more than I need, and that TC is no flash in the pan but rather the coming thing. This time next year you'll start seeing Ni200 coils for legacy tanks, mark my words. Having said all that, I will probably buy a Evolv DNA 40 TC board and build one in the near future. That one could be a one battery mod, and would be small and light enough to carry around.
