Yeah, see I was having no issues other than screen garbling, not a big issue to me, I mean yeah it shouldnt happen but it did, and I weigh having to deal with the issue vs having to deal with resolving it. Not worth the hassle, for me anyhow.
Then while still getting use to the device and playing with all the features having some learning curve to them, I started reading of issues that make the device "a brick" for people into tcr and tfr, and other issues.
So I did my own test, which taught me alot about the device and put those worries to rest.
Then I saw more post, the video (which convinced me that atleast Darth had a bunk device), then more post putting Sigeli and the 213 in even more bad light, and had me questioning my testing. Which I haven't gotten to yet. But even if all the worst of what people are saying is true there are still quite a few functions that work just fine, and I find it strange that no one was mentioning that most of the features do work, and work good.
Sigh....either way I have 2 of them, and I like them, use them everyday.
Better than my Boxer sx350, nah....
Better than any of my Dna 200s, nah.....
Worth the 80$, yup.
Do I hope there are firmware up grades, of course...those are good for everone.
Just with all this negative news/vibes in here the number of voices that could speak up about the few issues that may or may not exist on some or all the devices out there may have gotten quite a bit smaller.
Thats why I asked for the people with working devices to speak up, and the people with issues to take stock of the pro's along with the con's.
Just my humble opinion.
I mean we're all here for the same reason....Progress (is one word that could sum up), right?
