Hi

I am niw to this vaping an first time posting an really could do with some help. Today i received my new sigelei 30watt mod to use with my kangertech aerotank turbo which requires a 30 w power source. I am using a imr 3100 flat top battery an it powers up but just won't fire. I have tried screwing the screw on bottom of the tank for looks like the connction point inside the where yur tank connects to mod is too far down so not making contact with tank. When i first put battery in it worked fine but when tried my other aero tanks now none will work on it. The display is fine just wont fire anyone know what i an doing wrong?

thank you your help would be greatly appreciated

From the Sigelei atomizer specs of .5 to 3 ohms, you are in range at .9 ohms with two dual coil 1.8 ohm heads if you are using the two 1.8 ohm dual coils that came with the tank. What do you read when you set the Sigelei to display resistance? What does the tank read on your meter? Is the tank bottoming out on the mod tube and not making contact with the center contact on the Sigelei? Will it fire if you set it at the low spec 7 watts setting?

If you can see light under the tank when it's installed and screwed down snugly, then it should fire. If not, it may not be fully seating in the 510 connector. Are the two heads making contact in the tank? Some troubleshooting will be required. Post your findings and we'll go from there.

I'm betting on no contact. Do you have the output turned on? Sigelei has a setting in the menu that lets you turn the output off for pocket carry.

This is so annoying it eorked grand when first put the tank on an worked with 3 of my other aerotanks but when put the turbo tank back on it wont fire. Have tried my other tanks an still nothing so frustrating for waited so long on both products an now i cant use either. The display is showing with the turbo tank on 30w, 8.50v, 2.5, 4.29 v

Thank you all for your help it's finally working. It was as we all suspected the screw inside the mod needed screwed out more to make contact with tank. I do feel this needs looked at for my other kanger aerotanks won't work on it for aren't making contact. I had to screw the aerotank turbo screw out as far as it can go also to make contact just doesn't seem right does anyone else find this problem or is mine just faulty?
