    Briefly describe your problem or issue
    I had an issues with my fuchai 200w the TC controls were not working correctly. I contacted the US warranty Center. They sent me a mailing label and had me send them my unit. They received my unit on May 9, 2016. In the time since then I have received 1 email saying they are working on the problem and one phone call saying they are not sure what they are going to do fix mine or send me a new one. Almost 20 days later I have sent several emails and when I call them their voice mail box is full. Other than their email or phone number I have not found a way to contact them. I did not want to make this post but I hope this will let people know that their customer service is really unreliable at best. If you have dealt with them and you can give me some advice please let me know. I am down to using my father in laws backup mod and don’t have them money to buy a new mod right now. I just want my fixed mod back.​
