Sigelei E1 80 Watt Review

Well, it looks like a mod, and it's blue.

79 grams without battery

It's mostly plastic. The battery cover pulls off with captive (covered in plastic) magnets and friction, seems decent.

The menu is unlike a normal Seigelei, but it seems usable, no instructions needed.

It seems nice, time will tell though.

It's still kicking. One odd feature though, I kind of like it:

When the battery gets low, vapor productions slows, but if you look at the screen, it shows you what wattage it's firing at. For me, I have it set at 20 watts, but at the end, you'll see it fire at 17, the 13, etc. Eventually the screen flashes and battery bar flashes, no more juice.

I think it's kind of nice if you are driving and charging while vaping, you can see it and say, "Okay, gotta wait 3-4 more minutes for the next hit", etc.

It's hit the ground (gravel/sand) a couple of times already, 510 connector is secure still. Paint is holding up so far also, but hey, it's only a week of it being in hell (in my hands).

I still like it.

Have you tried a SS build, running in power mode?
When I first put the atty on, or turn it off/on, it reads the correct ohms at .65
As soon as I fire it it jumps to .8, and stays there.
I know SS will rise as it's heated, but the E1 stays at the upper ohm until turned off.
Haven't had a chance to try a Ka1 build in it yet.

Nah, I only have Nickel and Kanthal here and I always run in power mode.

Just tried a Kanthal build...ohms read correctly and stay put.
It's not a bad mod for $25.

@puffon That's what I was thinking, it's actually pretty decent for the price. I'm using it secondary all day vape and driving vape. I'm pretty happy with it.
