I have made you aware of a very serious ongoing points issue many times now. Customers are trying to use their hard earned points each month and HealthCabin will not let them. You keep removing customer their points each month under you new policy.

HealthCabin removes the points loyal customers have earned each month, and will not allow them to use these points. Requests for help have been totally disregarded by management. You claim these points can be used on non discounted and non clearance items. In truth these points can not be used at all by anyone, at anytime, for anything that HealthCabin sells. This is a bait and switch tactic to make customers believe they are earning valuable points, when in fact the points can never be used!

You need to address and fix this issue immediately, or remove the points program. These tactics would be a serious crime in the USA. Not to mention the extremely poor treatment of your customers.

Again please resolve the issue, or stop advertising a points program that can never be used by customers.

1. Like all of other suppliers, we did not allow reward points to be applied on CLEARANCE items or somepromotion items, which are at killing price;
2. For other products at regular selling price, we are allowing reward points, here is the proof:
