I am trying to make a decision on which to go for.
I am shopping from VapeNW.com and if i select the sigelei 200W TC they throw in two LG HE4 18650 batteries for free with purchase for $59.95.

Now, the competitor is the smok X Cube II 160w unit which vapenw.com does not give free batteries with. you have to purchase batteries separately. the price is $54.99.
Furthermore, i found out the TC function has to be activated using an android/ios app for $2.99 ADDITIONAL. WTF?

I will be using the Velocity RDA with the unit ...whichever i sway towards.

Please help me decide.

i may end up switching to the rx200 just because that has a USB port for charging the batteries. would that be a better option?
That's what I would do. Great mod and only $40.

I would only charge thru USB during emergencies though. An external charger is highly recommended.

I liked the idea of the Sigelei Fuchai, but it felt really cheap and flimsy in my hand. I was comparing it to the more expensive Sig 150TC, but you don't hear a lot about the Fuchai either....

Sigelei over Smok; all day, everyday. I use a sigelei 150 and have no complaints whatsoever. I am not interested in temp control as what I have works and I don't see the need to change it. I like the idea of the RX200, but the shape is kinda weird in my opinion. It'd be awkward to carry in a shirt pocket. Plus it takes 3 batteries so it's heavier too.

I recommend the RX200 without reservation. I have two of them, and they are good tools. FWIW, I always charge my batteries in a stand along charger whether my mod has a charge port or not.

i am back to reopening this once again. cause frankly since i am shopping from ebay i have to be careful. i am seeing lots of "packages/bundles" where they add batts, the mod and a tank/dripper for 119 or just batts and the mod for 99. WISMEC Reuleaux RX200 TC Box Mod and Indestructible RDA by JAYBO Bundle! (a bunch of bundles to pick from)

however. i really would prefer a normal looking mod thats 2 battery driven. the snow wolf looks mighty sexy but mighty epensive :(

the smok ... omg i hate that fire button.

now i found this and am debating: Sigelei FuChai 200W Temp Control Mod and Samsung 25r Bundle
yay? nay?

I don't have a Fuchai, but I hear good things about them. Sigelei is an excellent brand name and they have a solid reputation. It's going to be bigger (height and width) than the RX200, and a bit less thick. It also won't make the top line watts the RX will, but it's unlikely you're actually going to need it so that probably doesn't matter. Here's a photo I took to compare the sizes of mods. L-R these are Koopor Plus, Sigelei 150 (the Fuchai is going to be about that size), Snow Wolf 200W, SX Mini, Smok Treebox, RX200. The left 3 are two-battery mods; the SX and the Smok are 1 battery mods; and the RX200 is, of course, three batteries.

brilliant. you're a force not to be messed with having all those units :)

So tell me if you were to choose going back to the thread above yours on those bundles .. would you choose a bundle? the rx200 bundle with indestructible dripper + batts +/- wire
OR
Sigelei 200 with batts?
Frankly, that's an decent price on the rx200/Indestructible combo. You can buy-- well, you can't because of "the security issue," whatever that may be-- the RX for 40 and the Indestructible for 25-27; but those prices don't include shipping. You might-- might-- shave a few dollars, like 6 or 8, going with the Fuchai and a different dripper, because it takes 6 batteries for a set and a spare for the RX, but only 4 for the Sigelei. Asking me what I'd pick is a no-brainer. I have 2 RX200s-- the only regulated mod of which I have doubles-- and I'm thinking about getting another one. Honestly, though, either one of them should serve you very well indeed. I haven't heard a bad word about either. I seriously considered a Fuchai when ordering my latest RX. They're reasonably price competitive and, as I have said, Sigelei is a good brand. What finally decided me against the Fuchai is it does not support Stainless wire in TC mode (at least as of the current firmware version, that may change), although it will run it in wattage mode, and I really like SS wire TC.

@aalmosawi, did you consider Fasttech (based in China)? They carry much (maybe even most) of what you were/are looking at buying.

They ship to Iran.

Read all the reviews (and discussions) for any product you are interested in to see what others have to say.

Any product description that says "style" lets you know the item is a clone. If the description says "authentic" then the item is authentic.

i am not in iran, Susan~S. i am in Iraq. Its just that last letter that changes the whole country name LOL!

and fasttech shipping is expensive and takes forever. i'd rather find a shipper that sends via DHL from ebay.
Wearing a different hat (still tinfoil, of course) I blog on National Security and Geostrategy on other boards. I find it both amusing and frustrating so few Westerners have any understanding (at all, apparently) of the terrain and nationalities in the Middle East; or the the nature of the tribal and sectarian differences among the peoples there that unite and divide them. I laughed at a young lady who told me she thought of Iran as a "desert with oil." (I shouldn't have; college student and honestly trying to learn something.) I told her the "desert with oil" thing is actually Saudi Arabia. And that Iran is primarily moderately well watered mountainous terrain, except the far East out where the Baluchi live which is semi-arid; and that it is not largely populated by Arabs, but rather by people of Persian descent who are racially Caucasian and do not speak a Semitic language; and that the oil is located in some of the roughest country imaginable, up in the Zagros mountains, plus down by the Persian Gulf shoreline. I'm one of the very few Americans who has actually been there, back in the dark ages before the Shah fell. I like the Iranian people. They remind me of Texans: hard working, honest, great friends and bad enemies. They barbecue camels and goats instead of cows, but that's a minor difference :)

well done on that ... i actually once had a friend back in the days that i told i wanna goto Egypt and before i finished my sentence about wanting to visit the pyramids she replied. isn't that a food? Not a lie. Truly happened.

It goes to show you that people in the U.S. live in a cocoon. many who actually go out and visit the world see it has so much more than whats "matrix"ized ... after all the matrix is truly what America is.

Not to sway to far off our main topic.

I am considering the noisy cricket. and i am a new. please tell me i am crazy?

I personally do not care for it because it has a "faux hybrid" top cap. That means the the 510 adapter where the topper screws in does not have a center pin to contact the atomizer positive pin. Rather, it's just a threaded hole the atomizer screws in and the rest of the atomizer 510 sticks down into the case and directly contacts the battery. In the hands of a very knowledgeable user, who has good batteries, thoroughly understands what he's doing, and pays strict and careful attention to reassembly at each battery change or replacement of the topper, this can be done safely. However, many, many toppers do not come equipped with a 510 assembly where this can be done in a reasonable manner. To be safe with this assembly, even with somebody who knows how, the 510 center pin must protrude a minimum of 1mm below the outer 510 threads of the topper, and be absolutely immovable. Failure on any of these points can easily-- too easily-- result in a hard short at the battery positive post. This is because the outer 510 threads are battery negative. This is in fact the contact point for battery neg on the topper. Allowing them to contact the battery positive post will-- not can, will-- result in a vent or thermal runaway with always dangerous and potentially fatal consequences. I, personally, would not have one of the nappy things in the house, and I am one of those knowledgeable users who really does understand the issues involved, the danger of failure, and would be very careful-- very!-- to avoid the short possibility. Aside from the fact it's a pipe bomb looking for the spot marked X, it's a very nice mod. I still wouldn't recommend it for you because it is a pure mechanical mod, and a series mech at that. I really suggest you stick with regulated mods, it's much safer. Here is a post I did yesterday showing the difference between the two types of top caps, and what a true hybrid atomizer looks like: Ecig Exploded

PS, since you asked for it: You're Crazy! When you see a faux hybrid top cap like that, run away.:danger:
