Sigelei fuchai 213 issue

I just bought my mod last week and already having a problem. The battery life indicator is moving like I'm charging it even when I'm not. I tried doing a factory reset but I just get a bunch of numbers on the screen, it doesn't actually reset. I'm still within the warranty period but wanted to see if there's a quick fix so as not to have to send it in
