thanks, i have been eye balling those Aremas tanks too...

The Artemas is a fantastic carto-tank. With the Zmax, flattop at least, they do sit VERY close to flush with the top of the device. Kind of restricts airflow, not to an unuseable point, but if you like looser, more airy draws you may want to pick up a 510 to eGo adaptor for added air flow.

I've been using exclusively my zmax v3 for the last couple of weeks and love it but I began noticing a bit of dirt and liquid around the ego threads and can't clean it I've tried cotton swaps but don't fit, napkins and don't do nothing, a toothpick wrapped with a napkin and cant seem to clean it nice, what do you use?? any suggestions, I don't like the buildup there

Kleenex works for me. Pinch a good 1/2" of the edge of an unfolded Kleenex between your thumb and forefinger. With the other hand gather up the loose tissue right next to where you are pinching and give it a half twist. Now let go of the Kleenex you are holding. Cram this down into the well and rotate the Sigelei 360 degrees. Change directions and rotate again. This will clean and dry the well completely. For the center contact on the 510 connector I just use the corner of a Kleenex tissue. I do this at least once a day, every time I refill a carto tank. So, I never get much build-up to clean away.

You can put about 1 inch deep lake of alcohol on any cup and sit your v3 unpsidedown for a wile inside, shaked couple of time yhen let it dry the alcohol will evaporate, i like to clean all my mods every couple of weeks with alohol i gave the a complete bath of alcohol the i let the dry overnight.

So excited...my v3 flat top arrived today, topped it with a Protank and all I can say is wow. This is my fist big purchase coming off of ego's. I ordered the kit from electronicstix and I have to say I feel lucky, my LCD is strait as can be and the threads feel quite nice right out of the box. Been vaping since I opened it.

Well unfortunately my slant top is having issues. It happened twice the first week now two and a half weeks in and its happening much more frequently. A few times its even shut down completely. Blank screen and no function at all. I had to remove the battery and pop it back in for it to work again. I bought it at VariTube and they have a 90 day replacement warranty so there shouldn't be any problems getting it replaced. Just gonna hate going back to my ego-C batteries for a week. I emailed their customer service today and hopefully I can get it sent out on Monday.

It's not just bringing up the menu. A couple of times its gone into the power setting and raised it up as high as high as 12w. That made for a nice burnt taste. So to anyone with a improperly working button be careful.

I think im too perfectionist, im still fidling how to get my zmax in telscoped mode without the telescope woble, if someone read some post before i found a way, now i found. Another method that also works oretty good. Just put one wrap of aluminum foil around the threading, thats all problem solve the telescope will thread in a bit rough the first time but when the foil got shaped you will be amaze how good this will work. I just scrrew up until i dont see the threading no more so i will not put too much tension with the spring and feels very solid, just give a try.

Now my ERA CLONE looks much better in telescoped mod weepee.

I mainly use evods on my zmax but recently i'm hearing a lot of squeechy noises while screwing or unscrewing on the ego threads, what should I use to lubricate them as the threads are down on the well and hard to reach?, do I apply noalox or vaseline to the evod and screw and unscrew a few times??? I'm not sure if I can find noalox here in mexico, will vaseline work??

I swear mine doesn't wobble at all, my screen is strait, and the threads felt pretty damn smooth out of the box. I guess I got lucky, I'm loving it. Ordered my kit from electronicstix.com. Very pleased.
