Jajajaja yea i know puff counter is useless,, but the vape timer is a cool one,,, i dont know why but i do like to see how long was my drag on my eVic, without notice i almost done on 4.8s if a drag goes over 6s or 7s i will know there is something out of setting

My ohm reader broke. I wonder if the v5 will read sub ohm. I know the V3 doesn't. If it does, I might be in for one. my other choices in this price range with a telescopic feature are vamos, svd, kamry....

It maybe a good purchase for me.

they're taking a long time to ship it. I ordered it 7/13 and still hasnt shipped. my genesis needs an ohm reader! haha

Im sorry, i got you a wrong answer, no my v3 doesnt read sub ohm, my svd, evic and vamo does.

I think because the only way to read ohm is by dysplayed when fireing and says low resistance or something like that, they need to update the menu to have a dedicated ohm reading action like the others

It actually does not read anything under 1.3ohm.

The cell phone part does not come in the box. Vaportekusa wrapped it in thin packing styrofoam and then into bubble envelope. Tried it last night and it didn't work. I don't know if I would ever use it. Just the principle.

For use the usb charger you need to put the zmax in charger mode somewere in the menu..

I understood that part of the menu. The non-intuitive part was that you had to hold down the button once it was in the usb mode for 5 seconds. So it does work. Still wont ever use it. Unless im camping somewhere remote and i bring a whole bunch of 18650s. Some for vape and others to charge my phone.

Good for a camping weekend,, but meeh .... What you are going to when charging the phone and whant a vape.. Personally I prefere no phone (no one can call YESSSS) and got my mod charged

EDIT: brain freeze. My bad. @DaxFX saved my bacon. Its protective film for shipping. Removed and all is well.

Could it be just a protective film they have from factory, my v3 was not like that, the film wasn't noticeable but was a bit blurry then I went to remove the protective film and after few scratch win my fingernail the fil start to look just like that.

Just make sure is not the protective film

I'm loving this underappreciated device! A little Noalox lube and bingo. LOL Just discovered the top flat top ring is removable for cleaning. Post seems well made and secure. No ratles. Solid and a great vape.

QUESTION: Who has a high quality wrap for this device? Installed and a pic would be very much appreciated. I can't be sure about this one: S3 so I better ask.

Is it just me or the innards have moved? I notice my ZMAX V5 lcd screen tilted. I had to use my little watch screw drivers to move it back.
