Signature Feature Not Available After 15 Posts?

Hi I was told I would be able to have a signature after 15 posts and it still says I am unable, I really wanted a banner showing I quit smoking for a week so far :/

You usually have to wait about an hour after your 15th post. You should be able to add a banner now.

Thanks, sorry for the premature post about, I was just eager to keep track with my banner. Funny thing is cigarettes are quite cheap in Asia, about 5 times less than my home country, but I wanted to quit for my health...nice to see how many cigs Ive avoided
