Are there things I need to do before I can add a signature? I've been on forums that require a certain amount of posts and such. If there aren't, how do I go about adding one?

I've posted 15, I suppose neither one of us know if that's the right number or not, but can you tell me how to add one? Then I can find out if I have the option or not.
Fifteen posts before the option to add a signature appears in your account settings. After you get your fifteen posts in you have to wait for your next account status update, which happens hourly at 25 minutes past the hour.
