I'm not the be all end all rules interpreter, but you have to register as a Blogger / Reviewer to be allowed to put links in sigs, at least according to rule #22d.

22. Links to blogs, e-cigarette review websites or ecig-related blogs
a. All e-cig review sites or blogs must be checked by us before their owners may link to them from ECF. The owner must register with us in order that certain conditions can be checked - for example that affiliate links are declared.
b. To register, contact the Reviewers Manager via email - see the Contacts page.
c. Any blog or website linked to may require notification to us before the link is permitted, and this will always apply when the same resource is linked to frequently.
d. No signature links or 'siglinks' are allowed without registering as a Blogger. If you link to a website in your forum signature then you must register as a Blogger / Reviewer.
e. The type of website content or topic area is not relevant if it is in a siglink. All siglinks require registration.
f. An exception is allowed for pre-approved links, particularly those to consumer associations like CASAA. Links to national consumer associations, consumer activism groups, and local vapers groups are allowed.

There may be other rules that apply to non general members. ECF Forum Rules

It's not a biggie. Click on the Contacts tab at the top of any page and submit your site/blog/toob page for ECF to check it out. It's the extremes that are the problem - someone putting up a link for their site claiming to be a reviewer where the motive is 99% referral links on the site and 1% actual reviews. Maybe.

Ah kay sweet! My youtube is music that I help my cat make, cos she can't use the keyboard properly herself. It's for cat owners to play for their furry companions because cats don't really have music just for them.

Things may be different now but several years ago I had a PM discussion with a mod (I think it was Angus) about linking to my blog, which was not vaping-related. All of the content related to music, TV, pop-culture, and random observations about random interests and current events.

The bottom line was that he perused it and because other than a couple of posts about making it through another year tobacco-free, he told me that since the content had nothing to do with vaping, registering as a reviewer/blogger wouldn't be necessary and linking to it in my sig wouldn't be a problem.

I decided not to put a link in my sig because I already had one on my profile page. Same with FB and Twitter.

Like I said, that was a few years ago and things may have changed but I would imagine the best approach would be to PM AngusATAT and ask this question.

YMMV.

Lol - I really don't see this one as a problem. If ever in doubt though it's best to fill out the form and ask if it's ok to link to it. (And thank you for even asking first.)

OP already received her answer via ticket.

As far as signatures go, as long as they don't run afoul of the rules, including those specifically spelled out for signatures, we don't see an issue with linking to a personal youtube page.

However, as with all things, it could change which is why everyone should refamiliarize themselves with the rules periodically.
