I am a vet as my profession . I decided to check if there is a small particulate fibre in vapor of the silica wick . i took a slide and exhaled vapor from my spheroid. I examine the exhaled vapor in my microscope and found nothing .

That's good to hear. How much use has that wick seen? Is it possible that any microscopic particles just didn't get exhaled? I have been leary of the silica and have refused to use it.

I think the test was also ran before inhalation as well
Many clearomizers and atomizers come stock with silica wicks. ie: Vivi Nova, Kanger, Stardust, etc
It doesn't eliminate my worry, because I don't know you or your test procedures.
But it does make me feel better for now.
A more controlled environment examining the inhaled vapor would be much better.
But also a lot harder to do.
It would be interesting for you to check the fluid again after you have used the wick for a week or so. I would be interested to see if you get the same results.
Interesting . . . I have been wondering about the wicking materials, which are inside of our juice delivery devices.
