Silicon grommets for the AGA-T - what for?

Recently, I've noticed several vendors carrying a silicon grommet for the AGA-T+/2, but they don't say what they're for. Are these replacement parts, or has someone figured out a new way to get more vapor than frustration out of the AGA?
