I use the same setup as you. The eGo at work and SB at home. 6v has sort of ruined my 3.7v experience to an extent. I still enjoy 3.7v, but I miss the warm vapor from 6v. I do find that fresh batteries @6v is a little intense and does burn flavors if you heat the atomizer too long. You can definitely avoid any burnt flavor if you use it properly though.

Haha, I totally agree with you man...it's hard to go back to 3.7 once you vape at six. It's so good.
