I have and love both. I'll try and do a pros and cons for them(not to many cons though)

SB Pros: Fits larger hands better, battery life seems to be a little longer, the best electric switch around.
Cons: It's BIG, kinda heavy.

Omega Pros: Lightweight, fit a average hand like a glove, great mechanical switch
Cons: Batts seem to drain faster in it than the SB.

Both are awesome topline PVs. If style and longevity are your thing, the omega is probably best. If youre looking for justa great PV that is as tough as a tank and looks dont matter, the SB is a great choice.

If I didn't have either and was looking to buy one? Omega. Mechanical switch. The only hard part would be choosing between black or silver vien.

I own a Silver Bullet btw.

I just ordered the silver vein but it wasn't the stunning paint job that made me go for it. It was the Mechanical Switch. No electronic parts, all mechanical means to me, that baring a catastrophic failure, I'm gonna have a PV that lasts and lasts and lasts. The battery capacity was one of the reasons I was stuck looking at the 18650 mods as opposed to say, the Buzz.
