I love my Silver Bullet. I have a few questions about the atomizer connection..
I only drip and sometimes some juice will leak out of the bottom of the atty and in the SB atomizer connection area. Can this create problems?
I read never to use alcohol to clean the connection area because it can ruin the silica .. and also NOT to use q-tips to clean there because that can leave cotton which would be a pain to get out.. So how do you guys clean that area and maintain it?

Try to find a thin o-ring to put between where the battery and the atty screw together.
Battery connection cleaning: A dab of alcohol on a Q-Tip (Don't saturate). Immediately followed by wiping dry with the tip of a paper towel, then blow lightly to complete drying.

Hmm. This o-ring sounds very interesting. What is it for? To keep the atomizer connection safe? Can you tell me the size and exact specs I need for something like this? Can I order this o-ring online? It would be metal or?

The O-ring would stop the juice from seeping into the battery by providing a seal between the atty base and the battery base. Not having a S.B. myself I can only tell your to take the atty and S.B. to a hardware or plumbing store and find an O-ring to fit the base by trying different sizes.

I don't have the SB but most juice is water based. If you don't want to use alcohol, water should be fine for cleaning surface areas. Just roll a paper tight to a point for the hard to reach areas if yo don't want to use a Q-Tip. You could even wrap the paper towel around the other end of the stem of the Q-Tip, paper towl, tooth pick, paper clip, etc to get in the hard to reach areas.

The O Ring idea would probably help to keep it from happening but would most likely effect airflow, probably not in a good way either. You could position the O Ring just below the connection point. That way if it did leak the ring would catch it and stop it from going any further and not effect airflow.

I've used a spray electrical contact cleaner on all my PV connections, including my BSB.

Now, y'all have me worried I may be damaging the BSB by doing so. It's not alcohol though.

Most contact cleaners will damage the silica, it's worse than alcohol.
I saw a youtube video a week ago with someone using an o-ring for dripping. He adjusted it above the air hole and used it basically to catch some juice before wiping it up with a paper towel. I searched for the video but can't find it. I wanted to post it here.
