Similar to eCab but wit "normal" threading?

I'd love to have a mod with small (10440 or similar) batteries. eCab looks like a great concept - but unfortunately it does not seem to be compatible with any other equipment on the market. So my question is: are there any other mods similar to eCab in size but with standard 510, eGo or 808 threads. I know there are some purely mechanical mods but I'd prefer a regulated unit.
