Simple Switch With Opposing Magnets and Safety

Aww that's alright Quigs, I've heard of the micro bouncing before, but never really worried about it or noticed it doing anything. I hear you about the VV, I just want a regulated voltage for consistency really. Mid- August, eh? That's when I head home, there's a few good things coming out then, lol.

What's the name of the mod?
Is it something you made?
I'm extremely interested in making something like this, was thinking of making something VERY similar and here it is in the flesh!
The difference being I would have dual 18650s and VV circuitry in it.

The first one is my homemade Brass Beast and has dual 18350's and the evercool circuit. It is nice but bigger than the rest.

Ok what do the things pointed out in the image do?
Is that a VV circuit? How to do you change the voltage, and whats with the spring boing between the two caps?

C is actually the button of the switch and can be tightened down to lock, and loosened to activate.

Bigblue's evercool circuit is from here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/114901-evercool-variable-voltage-mod.html and uses the Ti PTR08100w chip.
