Well the article don't seem like from our HSA but it does show that HSA lack of alot of understanding and they don't wanna understand. It have been more than 6 years that HSA have make know to e-cig but they still don't understand.
I do believe is money profit over people health.
Wow I like the look of the second article

I would think that our local agency has alot of "red tapes" all too scare to do anything different. Remember our system runs at whoever approved something and if got hiccups that minister's head will roll. With their million dollar pay who wanna risk just for our health. By lifting the ban and allowing PV to retail here they only earn that tiny GST sum compared to millions of dollars in cig tax and revenue. Moreover people like us use PV dun throw cig butts nothing for NEA officer to fine. Another lost of income for them.:glare:

Nothing can happen, you just have to face that warning and our government really ban e-cig.

Where you from? You on vacation here and you order 20 bottles? How long your vacation?
i'm in the same situtation, spending my vacation here, ran out, so ordered online (20 bottles of 20ml juice), and then it was handed over to Customs.
now i'm waiting for my "death sentence"... seriously, what can happen?

Quite long :) travelling around, will stay for about 80 days, but I ordered 20 bottles only, because i contacted directly the factory, and that's the minimal order quantity (but, it's less than $2 for a bottle). So only reason: price, i wouldn't pay $10 for something which i can get for 2 .)

Sorry, could you please explain me, why won't anything happen? somewhere i read, that i'm able to use, just not allowed to sell. Is this true, or just urban legend?
and a bit offtopic: can i find any other way to get some, if i look around here?
OR Any idea, if once that happened shall i try again, or just forgot the whole thing? i was thinking, maybe they put my name in a database or something, so they can check my packages in the future...

Well that cheap. I think most online store price around 3usd and some 4eur. But well since you order online, those the risk you have to take into consideration. Anyway nothing much can be done after HSA have seize the product. You can try going down to fight for the parcel and tell them anything you can think off but ultimately, they know.
Well if you not local than where did u sent the parcel to? Local address or hotel?

As mentioned in the earlier post, chances of getting back is nearly 0%.
you can forget about it. Since you here for 2months, you don't want to get into law issue right.
Singapore is a FINE country and you may get fine for 2nd importation.
Good luck!

Well I not sure all but mostly order online or maybe risk going neighbour country and try to bring back.
Well choice is always yours to make. After all getting the products is worth the risk as you really quit smoking.
Too bad our goverement don't understand the benefits it get like you do.

Local address, my cousin lives here... So are you saying, that is not worth to risk to try to order another one? I just have to use to analog ones again? :S I'm quite said. If is not too personal, where you guys get yours? Any local source?

Ah, I see. I thought it's much dangerous to bring through something by foot on the border. At least, when i was travelling around, and was coming back (Indonesia) they asked me to open my packages (and i don't look like a criminal, at least i hope so :))
Anyway, many thanks for the efforts you try to do here, answering questions and so on, you helped me a lot, to see how things goes here.
