Not saying it's worth $39, but is easily one of the best, if not the best, flavors I have ever tried.

It might be the best there is, but it's too high dollar for me. It's hard enough just keeping up with my Nicoticket! Sounds really exquisite and the packaging is so cool, too. I'd definitely save that for extra special occasions!

Yeah, definitely not an ADV at that price, even if you wanted it as such, it's produced in very limited quantities and can only be purchased from retail vendors.
