I got on for a just long enough to get one item ordered, got through to the confirm order then it crashed again.

after trying for 2 hours my order finally went though but it wouldnt let me add the bigbuyer coupon code on my order because it kept crashing, i was wondering if that can adjusted?

I'd try without the code and just mention it in the comments box. I don't see any reason why they would'nt honor it.

We will take of ya guys just have a little patience with us please. With this crash comes a lot of people writing about issues and concerns with the order placed. I have hundreds of CS tickets that came in over night and we need to process out GG orders it will take time to get to everything I ask your patience and I will post about it.
