The drop down menus for selecting bottle size and nic strength don't work so it's impossible to order. Same problem last time I tried to order about 2 months ago.

I thought this too when I first started ordering. And, I know it can be confusing and they could have a better system, but here is the quote on their website:

There was a huge rush when they came online today. Many of us were waiting like vultures for several hours. Some waited all night. Not me. There were so many of us on this forum who were chatting about the upcoming opening we crashed this forum's server many times. I'm sure they were out of stock in minutes. Hopefully it won't be long before they get more product.

I can not for the life of me see why people would wait sometimes for weeks to place an order you might or might not get in on time and then if you dont wait around a week or two to do the same thing all over again.

If you are willing to wait all this time you might as well order from china, get better prices for THE SAME EXACT PRODUCT! he is not making these things.

Yeah. We know that Steve imports. Thanks heaps for the info.
The thing is - we TRUST Steve. We know that when we order from him, we get great customer service and we don't get ripped off for something when we order it and it doesn't show up. If we have a problem with what we purchase from him, he's right here to satisfy us.
Feel free to order from China though.

And when we order something, a miracle happens and the price all of a sudden jumps up between ordering and when we check out.

Well I have not been able to find anyone else who has the juice I absolutely love. I'm trying to quit analogs and so far this stuff is enabling me to do that. So if it means me sitting at my computer having a good time with the rest of the nuts, I mean sheep, so be it. But it worked and I got what I wanted. Sorry you're so unhappy.
When I was ready to place my first order on Valentines day, Puresmoker was sold out. So I looked around and found a place to order from in China. I finally got it yesterday, 33 days after I ordered it. In that time I placed and received three orders from Puresmoker. Also, I tried out my direct from China product today and even though I know it all comes from the same place, I am much happier with Steve's product. There is a difference, and I will wait for Puresmoker as long as I have to.
Why are you even worried about it? Don't order if you have a problem with the way things are. Go order from China and hope everything works out.
I noticed the price increase while I was ordering. I think we all ordered so quick we didn't notice we just clicked like mad.
