you are going thru different internet providers on your PC vs your cell phone? Or is you cell working in wifimode over the same net link? If so the problem must be in internet exploder. Wait scratch all that since you did say that google shiney was working on the PC?

correct, its definitely an IE issue, at least as far as I can imagine.

I have tried deleting web history, cookies, restarting my computer and probably others things i cant remeber at this time.

Sorry but I have exhausted my limited knowledge of fussin with IE. Maybe try reloading it, doesn't MS have a repaif function on their website? Can you get anywhere with IE?

Eevery thing else works with IE, not a single problem with any other site. Thanks for your help.

I booted up IE for kicks and I can access ECF fine... (well fine is a relative term, loading IE made my computer want to cry) but maybe you're running a different version.

First, we need the OS version (e.g. Winderz 7, etc.) and the version of Internet Exploder, errr, Explorer that you're using.

Have you checked the Windows firewall settings as well?

In addition, list any security/anti-virus programs that run in the background.

well as quickly as it stopped working its now working fine in IE. odd.

My laptop does this a couple a times a day----where it says "this page can't be displayed'------------------I click

the red x and reload a new window and it seems to be okay.
