Hello guys, I've owned a Provari for close to two weeks now. It's a fantastic device and having tried a couple of the other VV/VW mods (namely, Vamo and Evic) I can pretty much agree to say that this is the most solid, consistent VV device I've ever held in my hands. I was also looking over a REO Grand, but the only real advantage I see to it is being bottom feeder. I love dripping, it gives the best, cleanest flavor with lots of vapor. However, in terms of VV, the Provari just wins hands down (IMO) because of the amount of features and consistent vape throughout the life of the battery compared to the VV Reo. I won't get a device that doesn't have VV/VW (I know about kicks, but not nearly as efficient) because I love having the ability to tweak the voltage to find that sweet spot that varies between juices. Overall I just find the Provari to be vastly superior (again, this is just my opinion).

Then it came to me, what if there was an add-on to make the Provari a bottom feeder. Right off the bat I thought this must have been attempted/talked about already. Well I found exactly what I was looking for. The Skynet. An Italian add-on for the Provari turning it into a bottom feeder. The only problem is, I haven't found a lot of information about it or support (then again it's completely new and probably not over a month old). After a lot of searching I finally found an Italian website selling it. But for that price, I can't pull the trigger blindfolded. I saw a review on Youtube as well on the add-on, all in all seems to be rock solid and awesome.

The question is, has any of you actually seen the Skynet or heard of it? If I had the budget to get it, would you recommend me to do so? I haven't found almost any info regarding this product so I need some guidance. Here's the link for the Youtube review and the Italian website where they are selling it.

Thanks in advance!

thats funny i was looking at that myself, truly a killer idea.
always wanted a bottom feeder but never liked the chip in the vv model now the best of both worlds if it works.

being pretty new it will take time to get out into the folds and then we should hear all about it.......

I have the black one with the ext cap on the cart but I can't pull the trigger. It's close to $200. While it's true that with half that amount I could get, say, a Reo Grand, having a Provari that can perform as a bottom feeder is indeed the best of both worlds. And that site offers International UPS via FedEx delivery so that's a plus. I love dripping and I know bottom feeders are a lot more convenient to carry around so I'm itching to pull that trigger :p.

The Skynet appears to be an upgraded idea from the Vapemate from Super T.

https://www.supertmanufacturing.com/vapemate.html

Indeed and thank you for pointing me in that direction. As my wallet is a bit damaged from buying so much stuff, the VapeMate is a great solution for the meantime.

A bit less prone to damage than the Vapemate. OK... a lot less prone to damage.

I'm not sure a Vapemate, or rather the bottle, would survive use at home, let alone O&A.

I've been eyeballing the "surge tank"... bit of a beast though.

Hadn't seen that one. Looks very promising. Although I'll wait and use the VapeMate until the Skynet hits the markets for a bit just to see if the price drops and if the performance is as described. Because to be honest, I just find it damn sexy :D

The Vision Aurora BFT should be popular and widely available soon... :) Inexpensive device, but well made according to Todd.
Took a look at that in another post a few days ago... very promising. Although I'd need to review both the BFT and the surge tank side by side to see what the similarities/differences are... they certainly have the reasonable size and price point well in hand. The next "big thing" ... doubtful, but for some of us, perhaps, just the thing.

This pic is of SkyNet Standard with Optional Extension base for 18650 mode, and Optional delrin ACS.

It normally comes stock for Provari 18490 if your looking at SkyNet Standard. The extension end cap is to cover the Provari's 18650 extension end cap and allows for it to stand upright and is magnetic, has a strong enough gauss on the magnet to keep it there. I guess would be the same for SkyNet Provari Mini, stock would be for 18350 mode and extension for 18490 mode.

The slot for your Provari you can adjust your Provari's fire button to almost all angles that you could want it in, there's a screw on the bottom to tighten the bottom delrin ring insert to add tension to making it totally snug. I haven't had the need to tighten it down, as when I have recieved mines, it was already snug when I inserted my Provari.

The tube that holds the juice bottle, you can also move that around left/right to whatever angle you want it to be in. My pic shows it in the stock position when I have recieved it.

The optional ACS comes in delrin or stainless steel. It's used for your china atties, allows you to control the airflow and just plugs into the SS bowl of the 510 connector. It works well with china atties.

I do like the idea of this, I have been looking at bottom feeders, over the past month or so, and this converts, my favorite devise into one. I would still have all the performance of my provari, in a bottom feeder. The only thing that I don't like is according to google 139.00 euro's converts to $183.00 us dollars, that's a lot of cash for this thing, but I would get the best of both worlds I guess.

I understand the price points as the price can be as much as custom pvs or custom rba/rbt, also has VAT included in it as well, for me as an American I dislike the VAT and should not have it applied, but its their countries law with online sales. It just comes down to your preferences. I think this is a good alternative for folks that want the feature with using their Provari and a bottom feeder. If you dont use china atties, you can use small rba's into the bowl.

It works with other PVs of similiar diameter of the Provari.

Other similiar concepts:
I've seen the Sticker, Vinci, Sidewinder, and now Skynet for the Provari...

This seller also has a wood version for the Provari.

Its still too new... maybe in the future modder will put a promo on this accessory... no idea though.

I own 1 cyclone bottom feed rba that I bought, about 2 months ago that I was wanting to use, I bought it not knowing what the differance was from a top feed. I have been using it for dripping anyway with a sealed air flow controller. I don't remember its diameter, but I remember 1 guy saying it fit on his blogger box cup. It is about a 1/2" in diameter, I don't have a metric ruler.

Well thanks for checking, I don't have those tools at home, it will be a while before I can order anyway, but looks like a future option. It seems like I could use some kind of 510 adapter if i wanted to.

on my china caliper it says .584 inch or 14.85mm for the Skynet's bowl, I don't have a cyclone , though I do have a Era 1.5 and its fits in fine no probs. Ebarron spiral fits in. Phoenix v5 to big the base of the phoenix v5 deck wont even go into the bowl.
