Sleeper Coil

Hi. I'm all ned to this and saw an video on youtube where he did build a sleeper coil. Do any1 know what materials he use?

to ecf Rasmusr96. So glad you are here. I didn't even know what a sleeper coil was and this is the first time I have heard the term. But of course, I'm an insomniac, so why would I?

Thank you for posting this and I will be watching some YouTube's to find out what it is all about. So far it is my understanding that it has to do with coils heating evenly. From my limited reading, it appears a lot use 7-8 wraps of 22 gauge that gives them like a .2Ω output. Good luck and I look forward to reading some of the answers here. That is really what ecf is all about. . . learning and helping others.
