So, while I've been using my PV steadily for the last week, I've been really stuffy in the morning. I've read that is considered "normal." But there is always a bit of blood there as well. It's similar to times when the heat is running 24/7, and it's really dry in the house. I have not been drinking close to the amount of water I should be. Ugh, I suck at drinking water - it's almost as hard as quitting, lol. But I'm hoping its the problem? (Plus I love my morning coffee and nightly glass(es) of wine.) anyone else have the same problem?

You might try a cool air vaporizer in your room at night. Also, vitamin C helps as well as a saline nasal wash.
