I order a lot from fasttech. Placed 15 orders over the last 4 months. Sometimes the shipping times drive me crazy even though I anticipated it when placing the order and in most cases, it is as long as I thought. We all want everything right away. Prices are too good to pass up for me. If there is something that I want immediately then I will order from some other site. One thing I have learned not to buy from fasttech is batteries. Thought I would give it a try. Shipping took 33 days to Texas!!! Price savings was only about a $1.50 over what I could pay elsewhere so will not do that again. Otherwise, I am satisfied with Fasttech. Products are as described and the prices are great. I have had only one problem with an item and they are resolving that now. Always takes about 48 hrs for them to respond to any query. I am stocking up for my retirement and am going to place another 6 orders next month.

I ordered from Focalcig last night. I forgot to click the right shipping method and reached Doris in customer service on Skype right away. She assured me that my order was "good to go".

We will see how long it takes to get to me. I am not concerned about a few weeks to a month to get here from China. I didn't order anything that I need right away.

So you're saying all Chinese companies take over a month to actually drop it off at the shipping or postal company? Really? And please don't go making assumptions on why I placed an order with slowtech. Some items are just not readily available from local us vendors. And these are the ones I ordered from them. I have no issues buying locally and in fact I mostly do. And since you assumed, I even buy high priced authentic items. I know, shocking isn't it?

Just seems silly ordering anything if that is the way you feel.............. and then coming here to complain......after ordering and having known better.
No, there is no better China service. They all have the same issue - Free shipping means least expensive way and that takes time.

As to slow getting it out - that happens when you order something out of stock often with a SHIPS in 12 DAYS delay notice on the product page.

There are two things you can learn from this.

Accept being separated from MORE money and buy locally.
Accept Delays and be patient.

Someone should start a Support Group

* Why do I take the defensive? Not because I support the China way, though I do accept it as their way of doing things.
Nope. Because in 15 orders now, I have been careful about what I ordered and every order has shipped within a day of any expected delay or sooner.
My last 2 orders, one on time and one 2 days early out have already gone through HKP customs in 36hrs and are awaiting transport. I expect them within the typical 10 day period.
IF I ordered E-liquids or batteries(which I will not) I would expect Delivery in about 30 days - Slowest(low risk) shipping.

Thank you. Like I said I wrote that I think people were unhappy with focal. Which in the beginning they were, and I definitely didn't have time to read through all those pages.

But clearly I stand corrected and people seem to be happy with them. So I'll certainly give them a try thanks for your thoughtful response!

OP: Just last week i was even more upset at fastech than you are now. My zmax V5 order switched from "ships in 3 days", to "restocking" (8 days later!), just like they did with 3 more of my other orders.
So in this sense, i agree. FT should not put "ships in X days" statements that they will hardly ever acomplish. They should stick to "ships in 3 TO 30 days", "Out of stock", "Pre order", or nothing at all.

That being said, like others have told you, the trick to FT is to ONLY order items marked as "in stock" or "ships next day". If you do that youll see your items are dispatched very quickly.

About focalecig, you got it all wrong, that thread is mostly about how people are happy using it. Me included! i have a nemesis on the way from them that was shipped in the stated time.

It's funny how you and others completely misunderstood the point of my post. My point was to ask for other options that didn't take a month to actually send something out. It would be one thing if I just posted a rant saying ft sucks. But I asked for options and clearly you don't get it. Way to waste your time and mine with your senseless reply

OP. Life is too short to gripe about everything that doesn't meet your expectations, no matter how significant they may seem. While I've never ordered from FC, I've placed several orders from FT and all have arrived at my mailbox.

FC even posts photos of your items, packaged and ready to ship. The photos are clear and you can see that they printed your name and address properly on the shipping label. They also provide tracking information that you can access with a single click to see how the shipment is progressing. Customs on each end of the oceans slows things too.

FT and their low pricing is a win for me.

Well, say what you like and be upset if you wish. I placed 2 orders with expected shipping 3/23 and 3/24, and yes I had pieces on the orders that held to those dated, about 8 days.(Known and expected)
Items Shipped and logged into acceptance on the 24th
Items Cleared Ny ISC on the 26th

Undoubtedly you had an issue or you would not have posted. I simply feel it was an isolated incident and whether you use Fasttech/Focalecig/Zainy/Chinabuy or any other China E-cig supplier - this can on happen occasion.
Your not special. Things happen. This time they happened to you. Next time it could be me, or some other poor sole and it could be Fasttech or any other vender anywhere in the world.
I made no assumptions. All you provided was:
I know they can't control the transit times, but when it takes them over a month to actually drop it at the post office that's a problem.
With NO actual Detail. I provided information and Gave suggestions from MY experiences.

They will ship the order as soon as it is ready. My batteries were shipped 2 days after I order them. Shipping took another 33 days. Not Fasttech's fault.

I'm done dealing with slowtech. If I'm lucky I can get my order in 2 months. The norm seems to be at least a 3 month wait for me. I know they can't control the transit times, but when it takes them over a month to actually drop it at the post office that's a problem.

I looked at the mega thread on focalecig and of course that discussion got derailed after only a few pages. But I think I read lots of people unhappy with their slow speeds as well.

are there any other vendors from china that people prefer these days? Thanks

Put your money where your mouth is or just continue to wait. I never order from China because I want quality original work and relatively fast shipping, and I am willing to pay more to get it. It's not just ecigs, you can't have cheap, fast, and quality in any industry. Ford and GM make around 10,000 cars a day. Lamborghini makes 6 cars a day.

what did you order? last few items my brother and I bought came in 8-15days

its not FT that is the problem, once it leaves them its all on the shipping company. if it is a back ordered item that keeps getting pushed back in I understand.

Actually I suspect the delays have more to do with customs than anything else. You know how feds are -- ALL feds, everywhere. They're just time-servers, making a living at tax payer expense, they have no reason on earth to hurry.

Does anyone know anything RE: the speed or lack thereof of e5cigs, affiliated with chinabuye? I ordered some stuff from them today -- no, nothing earthshaking; I was aware that if you order from the other side of the planet, it's not going to be here day after tomorrow. Mainly I'm just curious about this particular vendor, because they have excellent prices. Not free shipping, but quite reasonable. How is "singapore post"? That's who the shipper is.

Don't know, deleted their invitational email. After 5 Bad shipping experiences on the ChinaBuye side I wrote them off. I was ordering starter kits for friends and co-workers. Hard to keep people interested for 45 days.

I do put my money where my mouth is. As I wrote earlier I only used fasttech to buy things that were not available at local vape shops in the us. I'm not the type to expect 5 star service while paying dirt cheap prices. Again all I was looking for were some other alternatives. But you and others are so quick to judge and make assumptions

My last fasttech order was through Singapore post. I order on February 24, it shipped on February 26 & I received it on March 23.

When did this happen? Order Date
What was ordered?
Was it out of stock?
if so - Did it have an Expected Restocking Date?
if so - Did The product Restock on time?
If not - when did it restock?
What Date did you Receive Shipping/Tracking information?
What Date did the order show in Acceptance?

Okay............... Clear things up for everyone.

*most pertinent info will be in your account - Manage/track orders
