Ive been thinking of getting another Semovar.... If any of you tire of yours and the Adapter......let me know if you decide to put it in the classies.

Thrasher and I found ourselves on a UK based forum.....in the same thread about These mods....( I actually started the thread asking if anyone has had issues with these....... seems most didnt know what they were. One guy has one and uses it alot....guess what his other mod is that shares vape time ? A provari.
Yeah, not sure we fit the average vaper profile any longer. That is, if we ever did. Not all that surprising that many have not heard of the Semy's, considering all the other options. While there are a lot of Provari owners here on the Forum, I have yet to see one out in the "real world." Like you, I have dropped the Semo too many times, and I have a near heart-attack every time, but other than some very small scratches, it's holding up extremely well. My next Semo will be later this Spring with the KF4.0.

Well I don't know, but I take my addictions seriously. I must confess that I did just buy two new 3.1 clones and a KFL+ clone, for the family and missus. She actually has an interest in the RTA's now. What a trooper, chasing the vape and all. Wonder if she'll learn to build coils? We shall see. Next week, I'll update you.

I have an adapter if you wana send me some juice for it or something real small like that. never used. i bought it with my semi thinking that it works on a kfl+.
This is true, I keep pointing out that we on the forums are the weird ones, the vast majority of people are happy with prefilled carto cig-a-likes. As battery tech improves this will cement that.
I know I could easily live with Greensmokes if that was the only choice available to me.

Sweet. Two Semy's now? Lucky you. Did get the HCigar 3.1 in tonite. Going back tomorrow. Powder coating wrecked the threads....super crunchy, but the negative terminal screw was completely stripped. Fell out when I took off the chimney. Overnighted the EHPro. Has to be better, I hope. We shall see.
Ref and I have the FT sold 3.1 and it works really well. The Hcigar was also the worst of mine (crunchy like you said) . The Tobecco has the least air draw I think and can "whistle" a bit. I dont care for these.

I have the FT one on order on a slow boat from China. Should ship in a couple of days along with another KFL+. I am ordering the clones sold in the USA, as I need them now, and FT had a three week delay in shipping (it was posted), and I need backups now. Sure wish the SvoeMesto folks had kept the 3.1 until the 4.0 was released, and not left a big hole in the market. You can bet when the new ones come out, I'm going to get three of them, and sell these ghastly clones in a heartbeat. You can't beat the quality of the originals, and price is really irrelevant when they don't work right. Why I bragged about the vape on the 3.1's to the missus, I'll never know. Never thought she would want to use them and get into rebuilding coils. I guess one part of me is just proud. The other side, with the pocketbook key, is scratching my head, and whispering unkind remarks to me. No, I don't have voices.....hardly anymore, just conscience and heart. Ok, proven to myself again why I hate clones. I have the worst luck with them. YMMV. My two cents! Thanks for the input, my friends.
Understand about the wife !! The reason for the second Semo is not that Im like "look at me with two Semo's"....but its because the wife has watched me with mine and is wanting one also. She knows when I was comparing the Semo with the Provari's I was about to sell the Semo on the classies........( until tried with the Hybrid Adapter as suggested by Bill, which did make all the difference).
Anyway, still using my Provari's (dripping on one now in fact).....but use the Semo now as my pocket/go to work mod. I guess cause its newer to me and all scratched up now anyway.....LOL. .......In reflection (just now)..its really just what juice is on the top of which mod is which one I grab and take with me, and since the Kayfuns are on top of the Semo, that one travels with me normally.
Looking forward to the 4.0 as well, Wild Bill.......need a mini Kayfun for an E-Pipe thats being made for me. This stuff is getting expensive. Maybe I should start smoking again so I can afford my Nic habit.....
Has anyone here used any other battery tubes on Semovar? If yes which one? I tired a few and the only tube that worked on this was the Origin, but outside diameter was small (21mm) I am trying to customize my semo with some nice looking mixture of brass and stainless pieces. Any ideas greatly appreciate it.
