Small shop is ordering in a mod for me

On personal insults, let's keep in mind the op said "He made fun of my ancient mod haha and told me I should get a voopoo drag like him". He did not make fun of the op's accent. Sounds like normal conversation to me.

Maybe I just expect better customer service? I’m not sure. But I wouldn’t shop anywhere where someone felt the need to make fun of my equipment. Yeah, you can show me something new and tell me about new features or whatever, but making fun of a customer doesn’t ever seem appropriate. But I’m sure that wouldn’t bother some.

Not sure what price he is going to charge you, but do check online. But to be fair, Drag is an excellent mod and well liked.
