Small tube fell out.

I found a small tube cut at an angle on both ends and not sure where it's suppose to go. Is it a sleeve for the atty?

That would be the reducer tube that Robert includes with purchased REO's.

It is used to reduce the flow of juice from bottle to atty.

If you need to use it just insert it partially into the tubing end that is in the bottle.

Used if your juice is thin and auto feeding occurs.
